Providence – Facility Rental Rates Looking for the ideal place to hold your next birthday party, meeting or reception? Providence RECenter can accommodate groups as small as two and as large as 150. With rooms ranging in price from just $25 to $65 per hour, Providence can fit your needs and your budget. Rent Our Gator! Let this large fun green gator crash your next party. On weekends between the hours of 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., you can schedule private use of the Alligator Float for your party at Providence RECenter for 45 minute blocks. Cost is $45. We even throw in your own lifeguard to help keep that gator under control and to help insure private use. Please make your reservation by calling 703-698-1352. Add this to your next room rental package or just have by itself. At Providence, we understand that planning any event can be stressful so we try to make your booking as simple as possible. The security deposit can be paid by check (which is held and returned to you after doing a walk-through following your party) or by credit card if credit card number is on the contract. Rental rooms must be cleaned up and vacated by the time specified on your contract. (Example: A rental scheduled from 4:00 – 5:30 must be vacated by 5:30) If the room is not vacated by the contracted time, a charge for the additional time will accrue in half hour increments. Chairs and Tables Up to 20 chairs and 5 tables are provided with your rental. Extra chairs and tables are available at $2.50 per table and $.75 per chair. Room Rental Party Options In addition to the various rooms available to rent, Providence RECenter offers a unique array of fun and exciting activities that you might wish to incorporate into your event. These include an indoor 25 meter x 25 yard heated swimming pool, a two-level spa, fitness room with a full resistance circuit and cardiovascular equipment, showers and a sauna in both the men's and women's locker rooms. We also have four courts for racquetball and wallyball. (We recommend that children be at least 8 years of age for Wallyball.) In addition to your room rental price, you will need to pay General Admission for each participant. For groups of 12 or more, you will be charged the group rate, which is 25% off the regular price. Adults who want to go down to the pool, but not in the pool, can pay the chaperone fee of $1.50. Although chaperones do not have to be in the pool, they must be present while children are in the water. Our front desk cannot be responsible for holding presents, balloons, food, etc. If you want to arrive early to decorate or store your belongings, it is suggested that you rent your room for the extra time needed.
