Cub Run RECenter - Facility Rental Rates / Parties PARTY ROOM RATE (MAXIMUM CAPACITY IN ROOM 18) $105 COUNTY RESIDENT 75 MINUTES IN THE POOL 60 MINUTES IN THE ROOM 12 SWIMMING ADMISSIONS ($5.15 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL SWIMMING GUEST) MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM RATE (MAXIMUM CAPACITY IN ROOM 75) $140 COUNTY RESIDENT 75 MINUTES IN THE POOL 60 MINUTES IN THE ROOM 12 SWIMMING ADMISSIONS ($5.15 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL SWIMMING GUEST) $50.00 deposit due at the time of reservation. Balance is due on the day of the party. If Party Reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the event, the reservation fee is NON-Refundable Package price is for 12 guests. There is no pro-rated price for less than 12 guests A maximum of 18 people are allowed in the Party Room at any one time. (Please ask for details about our larger parties.) Each child under 4 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Download invitations for your party Leisure Pool play features turn on at 12:00pm on Saturday and Sundays, please plan to swim prior to your scheduled room time. *County rate available with proof of in-county residency. With an array of birthday party options and star attractions ranging from swimming to miniature golf to nature exploration, there's a party style to suit everyone. Chairs and Tables Up to 30 chairs and 5 tables are provided with your rental. Extra chairs and tables are available for a small fee (only 18 chairs and 3 tables fit in the Birthday party room).
