Add a dose of high energy and motivation to your workouts with group exercise classes. These dynamic classes offered at all the RECenters (except George Washington) offer a fun and challenging alternative to weight training and treadmill routines. With more than 150 different classes to choose from weekly and locations all over Fairfax County, you’ll be sure to find a class you enjoy! From Cycle Spin to our first class in the pool and from 100% Step to Cardio Sculpt—there are many options for you to take advantage of. Classes are designed to offer low and high intensity options to accommodate all fitness levels.
