Hidden Pond Nature Center- Springfield

Butterfly HuntingHidden Pond Nature Center is nestled in the busy suburb of Springfield, but visitors here soon forget about the bustle of suburban life. The serene pond and adjacent Pohick Stream Valley Park, with its beautiful Pohick Creek and hundreds of acres of forested floodplain, are sublime reminders of quieter times. In addition to wandering the trails and learning about the pond and stream, visitors enjoy a nature center with exhibits, live animals and many activities.
