Title: Assistant Volunteer Manager
Goal: To assist Volunteer Manager with volunteer program operations.
Duties: Under supervision of the Volunteer Manager, determines volunteer needs, writes job descriptions, manages scheduling of volunteers, maintains volunteer records, completes monthly reports, and provides administrative support as needed.
Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well with people. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Administrative skills including typing, filing, and record keeping.
Training: Must complete FCPA Safety Training and Sexual Harassment Training and STARS customer service training within two weeks of start date. Must attend site orientation and on-the job training as required.
Certifications/Tests: None
Time Required: Prefer a one-year commitment. Weekdays preferred.
