The Adult Health and Dental
Partnership
provides medical and dental services at a reduced fee
for low-income adults who cannot afford or do not have
access to health insurance. They do not qualify for Medicaid
or Medicare and are within certain income guidelines. Clients
can participate in either of two ways:
-
Through the Kaiser Permanente HMO "Bridge Program"
which provides comprehensive health care benefits for a
maximum period of 24 months.
-
Through linkage with a private physician and/or dentist
who will provide care for reduced fee. Case managers
from Northern Virginia Family Service provide the initial
linkage - (703) 385-3267, TTY 711
