Fairfax County needs you. There is currently a shortage of allied health workers and nurses in Fairfax County. A healthcare career provides excellent employment opportunities and benefits along with the ability to make a difference in your community.

In partnership with Northern Virginia Community College and the business community, the Allied Health & Nursing Partnership supports training of underserved County residents for careers in medical systems disciplines by providing resources and options for students interested in allied health careers. As a participant in the Allied Health and Nursing Partnership, you will receive one-on-one attention and mentoring to be successful in your studies and in your career.
