DIRECTED PATROL, 10/19/13. Officers from the Sully District Station patrolled the county searching for drunk drivers. Twenty summonses were issued. Also, three criminal charges were made.



ASSAULT ON POLICE, 15600 block of Braddock Road, 10/18/13. Police were summoned for an intoxicated man at this location. After assaulting several acquaintances in front of the officers, the suspect, who actively resisted, was arrested. Evan Taylor Christianson, 24, of Quantico, Virginia, was charged with two counts of assault on a law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 5000 block of Lierman Circle, 10/18/13. A resident reported someone entered the residence but nothing was taken.

ASSAULT ON POLICE, 7300 block of Richmond Highway, 10/19/13. Police were summoned for an intoxicated man at a restaurant. During the arrest the suspect attempted to grab the officer’s weapon and assaulted officers. Giovanni Cerros Henriquez, 39, of Alexandria, Virginia was charged with drunk in public, disarming a police officer and assault on a law enforcement officer.

ROBBERY, 2400 block of Fairhaven Avenue, 10/20/13, 5:23 a.m. A man and woman entered a convenience store and the man displayed a gun. The suspects took cash and fled. There were no injuries. The first suspect was described as a black female, about 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall, wearing a black ski mask and dark clothing. The second suspect was described as a black male, about 5 feet 10 inches to 5 feet 11 inches tall, wearing a black ski mask and dark clothing.

BURGLARY, 7000 block of Haycock Road, 10/18/13. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

TRESPASS/DRUNK IN PUBLIC, 7521 Jaguar Trail, 10/18/13. Police officers caught three teenagers attempting to sneak into a high school football game. After being stopped, one of the teens attempted to flee but was later apprehended. Charges for drunk in public will be sought against one 17-year-old male. Charges for drunk in public, trespass on school property and larceny will be sought against another 17-year-old male.

DWI, Fairfax County Parkway/Old Keene Mill Road, 10/19/13. A police officer stopped a vehicle for suspected driving while intoxicated. After being arrested, the driver resisted the officers. Corbin Tyler Rasmussen, 19, of Fairfax, Virginia was charged with DWI and resisting arrest.

ANIMAL, 5400 block of Hopark Drive, 10/20/13. A resident reported several aggressive dogs running loose in the neighborhood. One of the dogs charged a resident, who was armed and shot the animal. Two other dogs attacked a cat and killed it.

Animal control officers impounded those two dogs and they were euthanized. The shot dog was taken by the owner to a local veterinary hospital. Richard Crespo Zapata, 35, was charged with three counts of unrestricted dogs.
