MCLEAN DISTRICT STATION

BURGLARY, 9000 block of Lee Highway, 10/29/13. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

1700 block of Pimmit Drive, flag from residence

STOLEN VEHICLES:

7700 block of Trevino Lane, Honda Civic

 

MASON DISTRICT STATION

ROBBERY, King Louis Drive/Southland Avenue, 10/29/13, 10:15 p.m. A woman was walking when a man pushed her and took her purse. There were no injuries. The suspect was described as black, 20s, about 6 feet tall, and wearing black jacket and white hooded sweatshirt.

RESTON DISTRICT STATION

UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 10000 block of Beach Mill Road, 10/29/13. A resident reported someone entered the garage and took property.

WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT STATION

LARCENIES:

5810 block of Bunker Woods Lane, GPS and electronic device from vehicle

8500 block of Wild Spruce Drive, jewelry from residence

5800 block of Wood Poppy Court, cell phone, GPS and electronic device from vehicle

STOLEN VEHICLES:

8000 block of DaySpring Court, 2000 Toyota LandCruiser

 

FAIR OAKS DISTRICT STATION

BARRICADE/ROBBERY, 2700 block of Willow Drive, 10/30/13, 12:14 a.m. A 48-year-old man was in the parking lot of Fair Oaks Mall around 5:15 p.m., when he was robbed by another man known to him, with a handgun. There were no injuries.  Police later developed information that the suspect was located inside a residence on Willow Drive. Initially there was a standoff at that residence but eventually the suspect surrendered without incident. Dustin Whatley, 23, of Manassas was charged with robbery, abduction, and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
