MOUNT VERNON DISTRICT STATION

LARCENIES:

8500 block of Old Mount Vernon Road, laptops computers from school

 

MCLEAN DISTRICT STATION

MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 1800 block of Brookstone Court, 11/21/13, 10:50 p.m. Police were called to a residence for the report of a man who had been stabbed. Officers located the 59-year-old male victim inside the residence. He was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police determined the victim and suspect were acquaintances. While visiting the home last night, the suspect reportedly stabbed the victim in the upper body then fled. Detectives located the 19-year-old suspect at his home a short time later and took him into custody. Victor John Bieniek, of Falls Church, has been charged with aggravated malicious wounding.

MASON DISTRICT STATION

BURGLARY, 7400 block of Carol Lane, 11/21/13. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

6200 block of Little River Turnpike, beer from business

7300 block of Statecrest Drive, cell phone from residence

FAIR OAKS DISTRICT STATION

LARCENIES:

Lansdowne Boulevard/Harry Byrd Highway, merchandise from business

13000 block of Lee Jackson Memorial Highway, cash from business

 

ANIMAL CONTROL DIVISION

ANIMAL BITE, 13800 block of Laura Ratcliff Court, 11/18/13, 7:56 p.m. A woman was walking when a Labrador mix dog bit the woman on the stomach. The victim received a minor injury. The dog was routinely quarantined.
