ALCOHOL ENFORCEMENT

DIRECTED PATROL, 11/21/13. Officers from the Operational Support Bureau patrolled the county searching for drunk drivers. Two drivers were charged with DWI. Fifty-two summonses were issued and one criminal charge was made.

DIRECTED PATROL, 11/22/13. Officers from the Operational Support Bureau patrolled the county searching for drunk drivers. Two drivers were charged with DWI/DUI. Forty-five summonses were issued.

MOUNT VERNON DISTRICT STATION

INDECENT EXPOSURE, Richmond Highway/Frye Road, 11/22/13, 12:15 p.m. A woman was walking when a man inside a vehicle exposed himself.  The suspect was described as black, 30’s, with a medium build.

ROBBERY, 5900 block of Richmond Highway, 11/22/13, 9:50 a.m. The victim was standing in line at a local bank when a man grabbed property from the victim and fled on foot. The suspect was described as black, 17 to 18, and about 6 feet tall.

BURGLARY, 7300 block of Rebecca Drive, 11/22/13. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

BURGLARY, 4300 block of Pembrook Village, 11/22/13. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

MCLEAN DISTRICT STATION

INDECENT EXPOSURE, 2700 block of Gallows Road, 11/22/13. A woman was waiting at a bus stop when a man exposed himself.  The suspect was described as white, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and balding.

BURGLARY, 1400 block of Mayhurst Boulevard, 11/23/13. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

MASON DISTRICT STATION

ROBBERY, 5500 block of Leesburg Pike, 11/23/13, 12:38 p.m. A woman was walking when two men approached her. One suspect displayed a knife and demanded money. After taking cash from the victim, the suspects fled on foot. The suspects were described as Hispanic and in their 20s.

FRANCONIA DISTRICT STATION

ROBBERY, 6800 block of Clowser Court, 11/22/13, 7:24 p.m. A food delivery man was confronted by a suspect who indicated he had a weapon and demanded money.  Another suspect assaulted and took property from the victim. The victim sustained a non-life threatening injury. The suspects were described as black males in their 20s.

BURGLARY, 5800 block of Cameron Run Terrace, 11/22/13. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

FAIR OAKS DISTRICT STATION

PEEPING, 3200 block of Arrowhead Circle, 11/23/13, 4:25 a.m. A resident exited an apartment building and saw a man looking into an apartment window. The suspect was described as about 5 feet 6 inches tall and 150 pounds. The suspect fled prior to police arrival.
