UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 7800 block of Eagle Avenue, 12/26/13, 1:25 p.m. Evidence was found in vacant home that indicated someone had been staying inside without permission. There was no reported damage.

UNLWAFUL ENTRY, 2600 block of Hillsmans Street, 12/26/13, 5:05 p.m. A man was seen walking out of home. Nothing was taken. The suspect was described as white, 20 to 25 years old and approximately 6 feet tall. He was wearing a black jacket and dark blue jeans. The helicopter, a K-9 unit, and several officers responded to search, but no one was located.

ASSAULT/DESTRUCTION, 7200 block of Columbia Pike, 12/26/13, 1:23 a.m. Two men allegedly refused to pay their bill at the end of the night. They assaulted an employee and destroyed many items in the restaurant. The victim was not seriously injured. Hai Young Kim, 33, of Fairfax, and Kwang Jong Yun, 31, of Newport News, were arrested and charged with assault, felony destruction of property, and being drunk in public.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 2500 block of Brofferton Court, 12/26/13, 2:22 p.m. A resident reported someone entered the home but nothing was taken.

PEEPING, 6100 block of Cumberland Avenue, 12/26/13, 4:37 a.m. Reportedly, a man was looking in a window at a 27-year-old woman. Following a search of the area, Dixie N. Medina, 27, of Springfield, was located and arrested. He was charged with peeping and violation of a protective order.
