MOUNT VERNON DISTRICT STATION

ROBBERY, Janna Lee Avenue/Tamarind Street, 1/28/14, 6:13 p.m. A 57-year-old woman was standing near the bus stop when an unknown man approached. He grabbed her purse which hung over her shoulder. He fled without taking anything. She was transported to the hospital for non life-threatening injuries.

BURGLARY, 7200 block of Ludwood Court, 1/28/14. A resident reported someone attempted to enter the home. The suspect fled without taking anything.

BURGLARY, 5300 block of Bedford Terrace, 1/28/14. A resident reported someone attempted to enter the home. The suspect fled without taking anything.

4200 block of Dandridge Terrace, jewelry from residence

6200 block of Richmond Highway, money from business

6300 block of Richmond Highway, merchandise from business

6400 block of Richmond Highway, cell phones from business

 

MCLEAN DISTRICT STATION

BURGLARY, 3000 block of Rosemary Lane, 1/28/14. A resident reported someone was in his home. Nothing was taken. A 17-year-old boy was arrested and charged with burglary and possession of tobacco by a minor.

MASON DISTRICT STATION

LARCENIES:

8200 block of Adenlee Avenue, purse from vehicle

700 block of Bennett Street, wallet from school
