Driver Charged in Fatal Crash

UPDATE - Suspect Charged with Murder

 

ALCOHOL ENFORCEMENT 

DIRECTED PATROL, 2/23/14. Officers from the McLean Police District patrolled the county searching for drunk drivers. No drivers were charged with DWI. Eleven summonses were issued.

BURGLARY, 14000 block of Sullyfield Circle, 2/21/14. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

MOUNT VERNON DISTRICT STATION

ROBBERY, 7100 block of Richmond Highway, 2/21/14, 3:29 a.m. The victim was parking his car when he was approached by a man. The suspect displayed a gun and demanded money. The suspect took cash from the victim and fled. There were no injuries. The suspect was described as black, 20s, and about 5 feet 8 inches tall.

ROBBERY, 8200 block of Russell Road, 2/21/14, 4:08 a.m. A man entered a convenience store and implied a weapon to an employee. The suspect took property and fled. There were no injuries. The suspect was described as black, 30s, and about 6 feet 1 inch tall.

BURGLARY, 1500 block of Belle Haven Road, 2/21/14. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.
