MOUNT VERNON DISTRICT STATION

BURGLARY, 8500 block of Wagon Wheel Road, 3/18/14. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

LARCENIES:

1600 block of Belle View Boulevard, merchandise from business

8400 block of Ft. Hunt Road, cell phone from location

6300 block of Richmond Highway, money from business

6800 block of Richmond Highway, beverages from business

9100 block of Richmond Highway, jewelry from residence

 

MCLEAN DISTRICT STATION

LARCENIES:

7800 block of Tysons Corner Center, sunglasses from business

 

MASON DISTRICT STATION

ASSAULT, 3000 block of Patrick Henry Drive, 3/16/14, 9:24 p.m. A woman was walking when she was approached by a man displaying a knife. The victim screamed before the suspect’s intentions became known and he fled on foot. There were no injuries. The suspect was described as Hispanic, about 6 feet tall with a skinny build.

6200 block of Little River Turnpike, merchandise from business

3000 block of Patrick Henry Drive, cell phone from business

 

RESTON DISTRICT STATION

BURGLARY, 1600 block of Washington Plaza, 3/18/14. An employee reported someone entered the business and took property.

 

FRANCONIA DISTRICT STATION

BURGLARY, 5800 block of Kingstowne Center, 3/17/14. An employee reported someone entered the business and took property.

ROBBERY, 6400 block of Springfield Plaza, 3/18/14, 9:14 p.m. A man entered a store, stole beer and then displayed a knife to an employee. There were no injuries. Responding police were able to apprehend the suspect and recover the stolen property. The suspect refused to identify himself but nevertheless was charged with robbery and taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.

WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT STATION

BURGLARY, 11600 block of Lawter Lane, 3/18/14. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

8100 block of Alban Road, purse from vehicle

8600 block of Burling Wood Drive, license plates from vehicle

Colony View Drive/Latney Road, hubcaps from vehicle

4300 block of Harveter Farm Lane, property from residence

9400 block of Lorton Market Street, purse from business

9500 block of Main Street, cell phone from location

 

FAIR OAKS DISTRICT STATION

BURGLARY, 2500 block of Pascal Place, 3/18/14. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

BURGLARY, 4100 block of Monument Hill Way, 3/18/14. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

LARCENIES:

13000 block of Fair Lakes Shopping Center, property from business

12400  block of Lee Jackson Memorial Highway, wallet from business
