FAIR OAKS DISTRICT STATION

IMPERSONATING LAW ENFORCEMENT, Interstate 66/Fairfax County Parkway, 3/18/14, 2:05 p.m. A police officer performed a traffic stop on a vehicle and in making contact with the driver, the officer observed that the driver was wearing a badge around his neck. Investigation revealed the badge to be apparently fictitious and the driver to be in possession of other fraudulent law enforcement credentials, a stun gun and a firearm. Mark Holt, 32, of Manassas, was charged with impersonating a law enforcement officer, possession of fictitious identifications, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a stun gun by a felon.

ANIMAL CONTROL DIVISION

ANIMAL BITE, 4800 block of Springbrook Drive, 3/15/14, 3:34 p.m. A man was gardening when a raccoon bit him on the arm. The victim received a minor injury. The raccoon was captured, euthanized and will be tested for rabies.
