There will be a child safety seat check at the McLean Police District Station on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. until noon. Due to station construction, the check will be held at the Lewinsville Center, located at 1609 Great Falls Street.

ROBBERY, 7600 block of Savannah Street, 4/10/14, 9 p.m. The victim was walking when he was approached from behind by a three suspects. The suspects pushed the victim to the ground and took money and property. The victim did not require rescue. The suspects were described as two black males and one Hispanic male, all in their teens.

BURGLARY, 7000 block of Spring Garden Drive, 4/10/14. An employee reported someone entered the business and took property.

12000 block of Fair Oaks Shopping Center, merchandise from business
9500 block of Lee Highway, property from business
ANIMAL/RABIES, 5800 block of Lebanon Road, 4/9/14, 8:10 a.m. An Animal Control Officer responded to this location to collect a dead raccoon, which subsequently tested positive for rabies.
