ANNOUNCEMENTS

The DEA Prescription Drug Take Back Day is April 26, 2014, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Help prevent prescription drug abuse, accidental poisoning, and protect the environment. Drop off medicines anonymously at various locations throughout Fairfax County.

LARCENIES:

FRANCONIA DISTRICT STATION

BURGLARY, 6000 block of Goldenrod Court, 4/17/14. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

6900 block of Bradlick Shopping Center, wallet from location

6200 block of Edsall Road, property from residence

 

WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT STATION

ROBBERY, 7800 block of Glenister Drive, 4/15/14, 5 p.m. The victim was walking when he was approached by three suspects in a car. The suspects exited the car and one suspect displayed a handgun. The suspects took cash and property from the victim, returned to their car and fled. The first suspect was described as a black male, 20 to 25, about 5 feet 7 inches tall with a skinny build. The second suspect was described as a black male, 18 to 20, about 5 feet 4 inches tall with a skinny build. The third suspect was described as a black male, 20 to 25, about 5 feet 9 inches tall with a large build.  The car was described as a black four-door hatchback or SUV with tinted windows.

STOLEN VEHICLES:

Casimir Street/Americana Drive, 2009 Chevrolet Impala

 

FAIR OAKS DISTRICT STATION

PEEPING, 4200 block of Summit Manor Court, 4/17/14, 12:20 a.m. A resident saw a man looking into the window of a ground floor apartment. The suspect fled prior to police arrival. The suspect was described as white and about 5 feet 7 inches tall with a beard.

11900 block of Fair Oaks Shopping Center, cash from location

STOLEN VEHICLES:

9500 block of Lee Highway, 2007 Ford F350
