ANNOUNCEMENTS

There will be Neighborhood Watch Training on Thursday, May 29, 2014 at the Pohick Library, located at 6450 Sydenstricker Road. The event is sponsored by the Edgewater Neighborhood Watch and all are welcome to attend.

West Springfield District Station Weekly Information Bulletin

There will be a SOBRIETY CHECKPOINT Saturday night, May 31, 2014, in the Fair Oaks Police District.

 

SULLY DISTRICT STATION

BURGLARY, 15400 block of Martins Hundred Drive, 5/26/14, 5:30 a.m. A resident reported a man broke into their residence while they were home. Responding police officers located the suspect and took him into custody. Mitchell James Embley, 22, of Centreville, was charged with burglary.

MASON DISTRICT STATION

LARCENIES:

4300 block of Backlick Road, wallet from vehicle

6500 block of Kerns Road, cell phone from school

STOLEN VEHICLES:

4500 block of Airlie Way, Acura

 

RESTON DISTRICT STATION

BURGLARY, 11400 block of Tanbark Drive, 5/27/14. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

LARCENIES:

1600 block of Becontree Lane, computer from residence

13300 block of Coppermine Road, airbag from vehicle

2500 block of James Madison Circle, equipment from vehicle

12100 block of Sunset Hills Road, wallet from vehicle

 

FRANCONIA DISTRICT STATION

BURGLARY, 6300 block of May Boulevard, 5/27/14. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

BURGLARY, 10200 block of Richmond Highway, 5/27/14. An employee reported someone entered the business and took property.
