ANNOUNCEMENTS

There will be a child safety seat check at the Franconia Police District Station on Saturday, June 28, 2014 from 9:30 a.m.to 12:30 p.m. This free service is on a first come, first serve basis. Be sure to install the child safety seat yourself, so the inspection can be performed. The seat will be properly re-installed if necessary, and you will learn how to install the seat properly in the future.

The Sully District Police Station is hosting a CarFit event on Friday, June 27th from 1-3 p.m. at 4900 Stonecroft Boulevard. CarFit is designed to help older drivers discover how well they fit their vehicle. Technicians will provide tips to improve your fit and increase your safety and the safety of surrounding drivers. CarFit is voluntary and confidential. CarFit technicians will not make any adjustments to your vehicles but may recommend some adjustments be made to enhance your driving experience. No appointment required but this event will be canceled if it rains. Please contact FCPDSULCPO@fairfaxcounty.gov with any questions.
