There will be a child safety seat check at the Franconia Police
District Station on Saturday, July 12, 2014 from 9:30 a.m.to 12:30 p.m.
This free service is on a first come, first serve basis. Be sure to
install the child safety seat yourself, so the inspection can be
performed. The seat will be properly re-installed if necessary, and you
will learn how to install the seat properly in the future.

ROBBERY, 4900 block of Beauregard Street, 7/10/14, 8 p.m. The victim was walking when two suspects approached him. The suspects assaulted the victim and took property from him. The victim resisted and all three suspects fled on foot. The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The suspects were described as black males, 15-20,

INDECENT EXPOSURE, 11200 block of Lee Jackson Highway, 7/10/14, 6:34 p.m. A woman was walking in a parking lot when a man exposed himself. The suspect was described as black, 20’s and about 5 feet 7 inches tall.
