MCLEAN DISTRICT STATION

ASSAULT, Dolley Madison Boulevard/Old Dominion Drive, 7/24/14, 11:21 a.m. Following a traffic disagreement, a man approached the victim and punched him the arm. The victim, a 63-year-old man, was not injured. The suspect was described as white and in his late 60s.

MASON DISTRICT STATION

BURGLARY, 3500 block of Sleepy Hollow Road, 7/24/14. An employee reported someone entered the business and took property.

BURGLARY, 4700 block of Southland Avenue, 7/24/14. An resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

RESTON DISTRICT STATION

LARCENIES:

FRANCONIA DISTRICT STATION

9300 block of Lewis Chapel Road, wallet from vehicle

9900 block of Richmond Highway, gasoline from vehicle

STOLEN VEHICLES:

6700 block of Metropolitan Center Drive, Nissa Xterra

 

WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT STATION

ROBBERY, Greely Boulevard/Rolling Road, 7/24/14, 11:52 p.m. Two men attempted to take money from a man who was walking in the area. The adult victim received non-life threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital. The suspects were described as white men, approximately 6 feet tall wearing white t-shirts.

ROBBERY, Commons Drive/Sutter Lane, 7/24/14, 11:26 p.m. Detectives are investigating two robberies which occurred in the area at nearly the same time. In each case a man approached his victim and demanded money while brandishing a knife. No one was injured. The suspect fled with one wallet. He is described as white, in his late 20s to early 30s and approximately 6 feet tall.
