MOUNT VERNON DISTRICT STATION

BURGLARY, 6100 Richmond Highway, 9/19/13. A customer reported someone entered the hotel room and took electronic equipment and personal property. Entry was made through a door.

BURGLARY, 1000 block of Duffield Lane, 9/23/13. A resident reported someone entered the home and took jewelry and personal property. Forced entry was made through a door.

ROBBERY, 7700 block of Richmond Highway, 9/23/13, 4:45 p.m. A 54-year-old man was parking his vehicle when two men approached him. One suspect displayed a handgun and took the victim’s car keys but both suspects then fled. The first suspect was described as black and in his 20s and the second was described as white and in his 20s.

ROBBERY, Aspen Drive/Buckman Road, 9/23/13, 11:15 p.m. A 20-year-old man was walking when three men approached him. One suspect displayed a handgun and the other suspects took personal property from the victim. The suspects were described as black.

ROBBERY, 7600 block of Richmond Highway, 9/23/13. A 44-year-old employee was assaulted by a man inside a store. The suspect then took merchandise and fled. The suspect is described as black, 30’s and about 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall.

BURGLARY, 2000 block of Fort Drive, 9/25/13. A resident reported someone entered the home and took jewelry and personal property. Forced entry was made through a window.

BURGLARY, 9000 block of McNair Drive, 9/25/13. A resident reported someone entered the home and took jewelry. Forced entry was made through a door.

BURGLARY, 900 block of Mackall Avenue, 9/23/13. A resident reported confronting an intruder inside the home. Forced entry was made through a door.  Suspect description was unavailable.

ROBBERY, 7500 block of Leesburg Pike, 9/23/13, 8:35 a.m. A 41-year-old woman was walking when she passed a man. The man grabbed her purse and fled on foot. The suspect was described as white, 20s, about 6 feet tall.

FRANCONIA DISTRICT STATION

BURGLARY, 5900 block of South Van Dorn Street, 9/20/13. An employee reported someone entered the building and took tools and equipment. Forced entry was made through a window.

BURGLARY, 7300 block of Rhondda Drive, 9/22/13. A resident reported someone entered the home and took electronics. Entry was made through a door.

BURGLARY, 9000 block of Harrover Place, 9/23/13. A resident reported someone entered the home and took jewelry. Forced entry was made through a door.

INDECENT EXPOSURE, 5800 block of Backlick Road, 9/23/13. A 47-year-old woman was driving in a parking lot when a man exposed himself.  The suspect was described as Hispanic, 30s, medium build and shaved head.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY/DESTRUCTION, 9200 block of Lee Masey Drive, 9/24/13, 2:09 p.m. A resident reported that an intoxicated man attempted to enter his home through a door but the resident was able to push the subject out and secure his door. The same man then attempted to enter Lorton Station Elementary School but a school employee was able to deny him entry. Police located the suspect nearby and arrested him. Alexander Hencin, 18, of Lorton was charged with burglary and other charges.

BURGLARY, 6400 block of Brandon Avenue, 9/25/13. An employee reported someone entered the store and took electronic equipment. Forced entry was made through a door.

BURGLARY, 6300 block of Springfield Plaza, 9/25/13. An employee reported someone entered the store and took electronic equipment. Forced entry was made through a door.
