If you are unable to file a report through the Financial Crimes Online Reporting system (FICOR), you may contact us by sending an email to Financialcrimes@fairfaxcounty.gov with your name, address, phone number and a brief description of your complaint. The email will be assigned to an Investigator for review and you will be contacted as soon as possible.  Citizens without access to email may leave a message with the Major Crimes Receptionist at 703-246-7800 and their call will be returned within 3 -5 business days.
