Robbery in the Huntington Area

            A 42-year-old Alexandria-area man was robbed on Wednesday, January 28. The man parked his car in the 5900 block of Richmond Highway around 11:45 a.m. As he opened the door, two men approached from behind displaying a handgun. The suspects took a bank bag from the dashboard and removed the cash from inside. They fled on foot; the victim was not injured.

            The first suspect was described as black, in his 20s. He was about 6 feet 2 inches tall and 210 pounds and was wearing a black, hooded sweatshirt, black jeans and a black skull cap. The second suspect was described as either white or Hispanic, in his 20s. He was about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 190 pounds and was wearing a black, hooded sweatshirt and black jeans.
