Robbery in the Centreville Area
A 28-year-old Centreville-area man and a 25-year-old Alexandria-area woman were robbed on Monday, February 23. Around 8:53 p.m. the two parked their car in the 14200 block of Heritage Crossing Lane. As they walked toward the townhomes, two males approached and tried to engage them in conversation. One suspect brandished a hand gun and demanded property from the victims. That same suspect held the female victim by her neck while suspect two took her keys. Both suspects fled on foot with the victims’ property. Neither victim required medical attention.
Both suspects were described as black. Suspect one was about 6 feet tall and 220 pounds. He was wearing a gray hoodie, black pants and dark-colored boots. Suspect two was about 5 feet 8 inches tall and 180 pounds. He was wearing a brown jacket and a dark-colored bandana.
