Pizza Delivery Man Robbed in Lorton Area

A pizza delivery man was robbed after he made a delivery in the 7800 block of Lewis Chapel Road on Saturday, March 14. Around 9:15 p.m., the victim, a 39-year-old Oxon Hill, Maryland man, returned to his car when a teenage boy approached, punched him and demanded money. A brief struggle occurred and the suspect pulled out a gun. He pointed it at the victim, who relinquished an undisclosed amount of cash; the suspect fled on foot.

A few hours later, officers stopped a boy who matched the suspect’s description. An investigation determined the 16-year-old Woodbridge boy was involved and petitions for robbery were later obtained.
