Murder/ Suicide in the Herndon Area
Investigators have determined the deaths of two people in a house fire were the result of a murder/ suicide. Police were called to the 12100 block of Eddyspark Drive around 4:40 a.m. on Thursday, April 2. Police and fire investigators worked jointly to determine how the two died.
An autopsy determined Chi-Lin Chen, 55, of 12115 Eddyspark Drive, died as a result of stab wounds to her upper body. Ho Bih Chen, 55, of the same address, died in the fire.
