UPDATE – Arrest Made in Sexual Assaults
Police have arrested the man believed to be responsible for three sexual assaults at the Target store, located at 6100 Arlington Boulevard. On Saturday, April 18 around 3:08 p.m. an alert patrol officer made contact with a man standing near Patrick Henry Drive and Arlington Boulevard. Upon further investigation, the officer developed evidence to charge the man for the previous three incidents.
Vicente Caballero-Dimas, 22, of 3040 Patrick Henry Drive #101 in Falls Church, was taken into custody and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. He was charged with three counts of sexual battery.
The arrest stems from one assault on Sunday, March 1 and two assaults on Sunday, March 8. Police would like to hear from anyone else who believes they may have come in contact with Caballero-Dimas.

Woman Assaulted in Department Store
A 36-year-old Falls Church-area woman was allegedly assaulted as she was shopping in the Target Store located at 6100 Arlington Boulevard. On Sunday, March 8 shortly after 5:30 p.m., the victim was walking in the toy aisle and bent over to look at an item on a lower shelf. She felt a hand touch her buttocks and turned to see a man standing behind her.
The victim and an apparent witness to the assault confronted the suspect, causing him to flee from the store. There were no injuries.
The suspect was described as Hispanic, in his 20s. He was approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighed about 160 pounds; with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a blue, tank top, dark jeans and white tennis shoes.
