Robbery in the Tysons Corner Area

            Mclean Police District – A 54-year-old man was robbed on Wednesday, April 29, in the 8400 block of Tyco Road. Around 11:34 p.m. the man stopped his car near a dumpster in the shopping center parking lot. Two men appeared from behind the dumpster as the victim threw away some trash. One suspect brandished a handgun; both suspects demanded money and personal items from the victim. The victim complied and the suspects fled on foot. The victim did not require medical treatment.

            The suspects were described as being about 5 feet 9 inches tall with medium builds. Both were wearing masks over their faces.
