Sexual Assault in Fairfax Area

Fair Oaks Police District - A 20-year-old woman was allegedly assaulted in a parking lot in the 4300 block of Cannon Ridge Court. On Sunday, June 7 at around 12:30 a.m., the victim was at the trunk of her car as a man ran up and grabbed her waist. The man pulled at her clothing and forced her between two parked cars.

Two witnesses heard the victim scream and came to her aid. They held the suspect until officers arrived and took him into custody. There were no injuries.

The suspect, Victor Ramirez-Giron, 29, of no fixed address, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. He was charged with aggravated sexual battery and abduction with intent to defile.
