Project Sticker Shock: Targeting Underage Drinking

            West Springfield Police District – You’re invited to join the West Springfield Station Neighborhood Patrol Unit, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and kids from the County Community Recreation Services teen action planners as they combat underage drinking. Their goal is to educate adults who could provide alcohol to anyone under the age of 21, especially minors:

             WHAT: Officers, adults and teens will visit local retailers and place prevention stickers on all multi-packs of beer, wine coolers and             other alcohol products that might appeal to underage drinkers.

             WHEN: 4 p.m.

             WHERE: West Springfield Police Station, 6140 Rolling Road. Names of stores to be visited will be released from there.
