Rallying the Troops for Big Rig Safety

Fairfax County Police Department Motor Carrier Safety Officers will be joined by soldiers from Fort Belvoir in an effort to keep roadways safe in the Lorton area. In response to a series of complaints from local residents, officers will hold a daylong joint truck inspection, targeting equipment, licensing and weight violations.
