Check Cashing Store Robbed

            Mason Police District – An employee of the Ace Americas Cash Express store, located at 5624 Columbia Pike, was robbed on Thursday, August 20. A man entered the store around 5:30 p.m., produced a handgun and gave the employee a note demanding money. The 28-year-old employee gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash and he fled on foot. There were no injuries.

            The suspect was described as black, in his 30s, between 6 feet and 6 feet 2 inches tall, with a thin build.  He was wearing a black business suit.
