Occupied Apartment Burglarized

            Mason Police District – A man broke into an apartment, in the 4100 block of Wadsworth Court on Saturday, September 5. Around 11:30 p.m. the 20-year-old resident of the apartment saw the suspect coming through a window and retreated to another room, where he summoned police. The suspect took personal property and fled back out the window. There were no injuries.

            The suspect was described as Hispanic, in his 20s, about 5 feet 9 inches tall, and around 160 pounds.  He was wearing a blue shirt and tan shorts.
