Attempted Abduction at Bus Stop

            Mason District Station – A 15-year-old girl was standing at her bus stop on Friday, October 2, around 6:35 a.m. near the intersection of Little River Turnpike and Markham Street when two men approached her. They engaged her in conversation and one of the men allegedly reached out for her, but never touched her. As the victim pulled away from the suspects, the school bus arrived and they walked away toward Ravensworth Road.

            The suspects were described as Hispanic, about 20 years old. They were about 5 feet 9 inches tall, with black hair. One suspect had a slim build and wore a gray T-shirt, jeans and dark tennis shoes. The second suspect had a medium build and a beard. He wore a blue and white striped, collared shirt, jeans and dark-colored sneakers.
