Suspects Solicit Undercover Officers for Sex
Detectives from the Street Crimes Unit of the Fairfax County Police Organized Crime and Narcotics Division along with several female undercover officers arrested 23 men for soliciting prostitution during a prostitution sting on Thursday, October 1. The operation took place at various locations in the Tysons Corner, Falls Church and Mount Vernon areas of the county. Some female officers, posing as escorts, were solicited online and made arrangements with a suspect to meet at a hotel. Other officers were approached directly outside hotels by men soliciting sex. All of the suspects were released on summonses for solicitation of prostitution.
“Prostitution can attract more serious and potentially violent crimes to include narcotics violations, robberies and sexual assaults,” states Sergeant Scott Delcore of the Street Crimes Unit.
The following suspects were charged with one count of soliciting prostitution:
- Robert Hall, 39, of 315 Hillside Terrace, Landover, MD
- Francisco Gomez Flores, 31, of 10008 Portsmouth Road in Manassas
- James Lenandowski, 47, of 9028 Armendown Drive in Springfield
- Erick Gutierrez-Osorio, 20, of 3813 Burlingame Place in Alexandria
- Israel Casco Grandes, 33, of 5700 Norto Road in Alexandria
- Jose Contreras Castro, 47, of 4413 31st Street in Arlington
- Milton Santos Gonzales, 35, of 5626 Fargo Ave, Oxon Hill, MD
- Bonifacio Lemus Mendoza, 32, of 240 Cedar Lane #121 in Vienna
- Erick Castellon, 24, of 6300 Stonefence Court, Clinton, MD
- Ellsworth Johnson, 40, of 7012 Lawnwood Court in Fort Belvoir
- Ryan Hill, 20, of 619 S. Henry Street in Alexandria
- David Peter, 42, of 5841 Robeys Meadow Lane in Fairfax
- Patrick Colliton, 56, of 6528 Heather Brook Court in Mclean
- Ki Wong Nam, 47, of 6572 Kiernan Court in Alexandria
These suspects were charged with two counts of soliciting prostitution:

- Ernest Grotsky, 62, of 301 Fairidge Road, Jamestown, NC
- Hristo Stoyanov, 35, of 1700 Harvard Street in Washington D.C.
- Kevin Gilmartin, 26, of 2330 Dulles Station Boulevard #2422 in Herndon
- Thidbesa Vongxay, 31, of 9506 Unity Lane in Lorton
- Mohanad Mohamed, 28, of 6129 Leesburg Pike #819 in Falls Church
- John Termini, 40, of 8916 Royal Astor Way in Fairfax
