Sex Assault Reported in the Lincolnia Area
Mason Police District – A 56-year-old woman was sexually assaulted in the 4900 block of Manitoba Drive on Friday, October 30. Around 6:15 p.m., the victim was in the laundry room of an apartment building when she was grabbed from behind by a man and sexually assaulted. The victim fought back and the suspect fled on foot. The victim sustained minor injuries, but did not require medical treatment.
The suspect was described as white, in his 20s, about 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall, about 120 to 150 pounds, and wearing a navy blue sweater.
