Store Clerk Robbed
Mount Vernon Police District – Police are investigating a robbery that occurred around 7:30 p.m., Saturday, December 5 at a check cashing store at 8620 Richmond Highway.
Two men entered the store, produced a gun and demanded cash from the clerk. After taking the cash, the suspects fled. There were no injuries.
One suspect was around 5 feet 6 inches tall, thin, and was Hispanic. He wore a baseball hat and a long, black jacket that stretched to his knees.
