Apartment Burglarized in Alexandria-area

Mason Police District - A 28-year-old woman was awakened around 3 a.m. on Saturday, May 9 in the 4900 block of Manitoba Drive. The victim screamed when she saw a man lying on the floor of her bedroom. The suspect then fled. She later discovered an undisclosed amount of cash missing from the apartment. There were no injuries.

            The suspect was described as a black male, in his 30’s. He was around 6 feet tall and 200 pounds. He wore a dark blue jacket and sweatpants.
