Robbery in Lorton Area

Franconia Police District – On Sunday, January 24 around 12:40 a.m., a 40-year-old man was walking in the 7500 block of Woodside Lane when he was confronted by two men. As a third man approached the victim from behind, the two men facing the victim produced handguns and demanded money. The suspects took personal items from the victim and then attempted to force him into a vehicle. The victim resisted and was assaulted. The victim was able to free himself and escape into a nearby building, where he summoned police.

The suspects were described as black, around 6 feet tall, 180 pounds and wore dark clothing.
