DWI Directed Patrol Results
In Sully Police District

            Fairfax County police officers from around the county conducted DWI directed patrols throughout the Sully District, to deter and apprehend intoxicated drivers on Thursday, February 4 from 11 p.m. until 3 a.m. Friday. Motorists stopped for suspicion of driving while intoxicated were checked to assure that their abilities to drive had not been impaired by alcohol or drugs. Approximately 29 motorists were stopped. Two arrests were made for DWI and ten summonses were issued for miscellaneous traffic offenses.

             Five officers participated in the operation.
