Fairfax County Crime Solvers is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the man responsible for exposing himself to women on three separate occasions. The first incident occurred on Tuesday, July 21, 2009, just after noon. A 50-year-old woman was walking in Lake Mercer Park in Springfield when a man approached her from behind on a bicycle. He allegedly began to masturbate in front of her. She was not harmed and the suspect was not located.

The second incident occurred on Thursday, December 3, 2009, around 3:45p.m. A 23-year-old woman was jogging along a path in Southern Stream Valley Park in the 8000 block of Sunset Path Court when she was approached by a man who exposed himself to her.

The third incident occurred on Monday, February 1, 2010, around 4 p.m. A 39-year-old woman was walking on a path near Lake Mercer and Hoos Road as she talked on her cell phone. A man jumped in front of her and allegedly simulated masturbation. The victim was able to push the suspect aside and continue down the path.

In each incident the suspect was described as black, in his mid to late 30s. He was approximately 6 feet tall and weighed about 200 pounds. He was wearing a ball cap and sunglasses. His bicycle was a dark-colored, dirt bike-style bike.
