Clerk Robbed at Gunpoint
West Springfield Police District – A clerk working at the 7-Eleven at 6221 Rolling Road was robbed on Friday, March 19. The 70-year-old man was behind the counter around 9:05 p.m. when another man walked in, ran around the counter and displayed a handgun. The suspect demanded money, took an undisclosed amount of cash from the register and fled.
He was described as black, between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet 1 inch tall and 190 to 220 pounds.
