Crime Solvers Seeks Arson Suspect
Fairfax County Crime Solvers and the Office of the Fire Marshal are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Erika Arilene Garcia-Cruz. Garcia-Cruz has warrants outstanding for felony burning of an occupied building and felony threats to burn. These charges stem from an incident that occurred on Monday, March 29 at a home in the 1200 block of Elden Street in Herndon. Garcia-Cruz reportedly set fire to an apartment with five adults and two children inside.
Erika Arilene Garcia-Cruz, 31, is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. She may be driving a silver, 2002 Ford Expedition with Virginia license plates.
