Wanted: For Robbery and Gang Participation

Franconia Police District – Police are searching for two men, confirmed gang members, in connection with two strong-armed Springfield-area robberies.

Carlos Lenin, 22, and Jorge Cruz-Pax, 22, allegedly assaulted and robbed a 19-year-old man as he walked home near the intersection of Backlick Road and Hechinger Drive on Saturday, April 10 around 11:30 p.m. The victim suffered non life-threatening injuries.

Lenin and Cruz-Pax are also suspects in a robbery that occurred on Wednesday, April 14. The victim was walking along Backlick Road near Cabin John Road when he was beaten and robbed around 1:30 a.m.
