Commercial Robbery in the Centreville Area

            Sully Police District - Police are investigating a robbery that occurred at the Springhill Suites, located at 5920 Trinity Parkway. Around 2:22 a.m. on Friday, May 21, a 61-year-old employee of the hotel was working the front desk when a man appeared and ran behind the counter. The suspect brandished a handgun and demanded money. The victim complied and the suspect fled out the front door. The victim did not require medical attention.

            The suspect was described as a possibly olive-complected man. He was 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall. He was wearing a red sweater, blue jean shorts, white sneakers and a white towel over his head and face.
