Death Investigated as Homicide

Mason Police District – On Monday, June 28, police identified the victim as Vanessa V. Pham, 19, of 6700 James Lee Street, #138 in the Falls Church area. With the autopsy complete, police are now investigating this case as a homicide.

 

Police Investigate Suspicious Death

Mason Police District – On Sunday, June 27, around 3:34 p.m., police responded to the area of Arlington Boulevard and Williams Drive for a report of a vehicle crash. Responding officers discovered a 2008 two-door Toyota in a ditch off the south side of Arlington Boulevard. Inside the vehicle was a deceased 19 year-old female. The victim appeared to have trauma to the upper body which was not consistent with the mechanism of the crash. Detectives are now investigating this as a suspicious death.

The investigation continues.
