Missing Adult Found

Mount Vernon Police District – Dorothy M. Holcomb was found alive this morning June 29, around 8:45 a.m. Holcomb was found at the end of Arlington Drive.

 

Search Continues for Missing Adult

Mount Vernon Police District – Members of the department’s search and rescue team will be searching for Dorothy M. Holcomb this morning until noon. The search will concentrate on the east side of Richmond Highway near her residence and some areas of Huntley Meadows Park. The staging area will be parking lot for Huntley Meadows park off Lockheed Boulevard.

Missing/Endangered Adult

Mount Vernon Police District – Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing/endangered, 68-year-old woman. Dorothy M. Holcomb was last seen at her home in the 2600 block of Arlington Drive, near Richmond Highway at approximately 6:45 p.m. on Sunday, June 27.

Holcomb is white, about 5 feet 4 inches tall and 250 pounds. She has white hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing pink pants and a white and pink flowered shirt. She has a serious medical condition and is without her medication.
