UPDATE: Victim Identified; Suspect Charged
The victim has been identified as Kathleen Tran, of 13854 Rembrandt Way. An investigation determined she suffered an apparent gunshot wound to the upper body. Her husband, Tony Tong, of the same address, has been charged with murder.
The suspect is currently in the hospital being treated for non life-threatening injuries. Prior to police arrival, he was involved in a physical altercation with another family member at the home.
